Taking the first step can sometimes be difficult, especially when you feel very stressed. Frequently, however, solutions can be found when taking action and beginning the journey. Often change and goals are not achieved by planning everything in advance , but by having the courage to start on a new journey and by being open to unfamiliar paths and new goals that may arise along the journey.
A therapy or coaching begins with an initial meeting in which we get to know each other. In this meeting, you will be asked to describe your situation so that I can get an idea of your concerns. Then we will discuss your goals and wishes. Finally, we will clarify questions about how to proceed and decide together whether we see potential in working together.
Everyone brings their own life story, his/her personality and thus also completely individual topics; therefore, depending on the specific situation my approach is adapted to your personal needs and wishes . I draw on various methods mainly from the areas of modern behavioural therapy (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR). Depending on requirements, I also integrate approaches from other directions into my work.
